Is the product durable?

The product is durable for playing, but it is neither water nor fire resistant.

Will my child get bored of the product?

Your child may find other interests in the future but they won't get bored of our books!

Do you have any books that have words?

Our current books do not come with words, and are fueled by imagination instead!

What is your Return Policy?

1. Eligibility for Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items for return must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Items Excluded from Returns: Certain items, such as any holiday or limited-edition books, are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact valelearnandplay@gmail.com within the designated return period. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.

5. Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase within 15 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and details for assistance. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items returned without their original packaging or in a used condition. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

What is your Shipping Policy?
